玻璃钢拉挤型材有很多种,玻璃钢圆管、玻璃钢方管、玻璃钢矩形管、玻璃钢圆棒、玻璃钢工字钢。
拉挤玻璃钢型材的基本成分为树脂和玻璃纤维(包括布、毡等),它是以纤维(包括玻璃纤维、碳纤维、有机纤维和其他金属、非金属纤维)为增强材料,以树脂(主要是环氧树脂。聚脂树脂,酚醛树脂)为胶联剂,辅之其他辅助材料(主要辅料:脱模剂、固化剂、催化剂、封模剂、UV光稳定剂、洁模水、胶衣等)复合而成的。它具有耐高温、抗腐蚀、强度高、比重小、吸湿低、延伸小及绝缘好等一系列优异特性。
拉挤玻璃钢型材是以拉挤工艺一次成型,包括方管/矩形管、圆管、棒材、槽材、L型材、工(I型)字材和板材等标准型材以及为客户定制的各种异型材。
各种型材通过一定的连接和组合制成各种不同领域应用产品。如:玻璃钢格栅、防腐平台、走道围栏、绝缘梯、冷却塔及物料支架、保温(车)厢、工具柄及其他承载结构件。
该产品是一种结构件,具有可设计性。可通过材料的选择及层铺的工艺设计改善性能,还可以对其截面和结构进行优化以达到特殊的使用要求。

FRP profiles
FRP profiles is formed by a pultrusion process, including the square tube / rectangular tube, round
tubes,pipe,C-Shape,L-Shape, I-Shape,and as a variety of custom profiles.
Through a variety of profiles made certain connections and combinations
of differentares of applications.Such as:glass,steel grating,corrosion
platforms,walkways,fences,ladder insulationcooling towers and material
support,insulation (car) box,tools handles and other bearing structural
parts.
The product is a structural element, can be designed with nature. Through choice of materials
and process design to improve shop floor performance, but also to optimize the structure of its
cross-section and to achieve specific requirements.
